1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

  • Any product that is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling will not be eligible.

2. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing fault

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

  • Used or worn watches

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and clear images/video of the issue

5. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash)

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the desired product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative or request a refund

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will bear the shipping cost

  • Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
